However, yellow book tells us Mullins was a butchers shop at this time, and says "A look at Google maps shows that the building is intact but painted a startling lime green - and home to a creperie called Zatsuma. A creperie in Galway City. Who'd have guessed that in 1964?" Apparently in 1894, the lease on the corner shop (locally known as the Thimble Castle) was sold "to the Mullins family who also had it as a butcher shop, until 1995".
