| Keywords: Mama at the earthen jar that held our boiled drinking water. It had to be cleaned frequently because it got slimy on the inner surface. Just this side of the breadbox is the dinner bell that I still have. On top of the breadbox is the wooden breadboard in the shape of a pig that I have not thought of in almost 60 years! The top of the pig was broken off, I think. This room is the pantry and the kitchen is behind the photographer. The door behind Mama leads out to a few steps down to the back porch.
