| Keywords: Handyman photos Fix Barber Wilson diverter valve 15.JPG en Here the new good Price Pfister valve assembly is going into the wall after the defective Barber Wilsons valve assembly has been removed We are looking at the system from behind the tiled wall not shown On right and left sides I used a second tile to add strength to the removed holes The piping to the shower spout has been attached but pipes from the hot cold inlet supply have not yet been attached; the downspout has not been attached either Background This is image 15 of a repair project to fix a shower/tub diverter valve made by Barber Wilsons Co Ltd The handle which was supposed to divert water to the shower but it did not work; a plastic piece inside was broken Unfortunately since this valve could not be fixed from the front it required a major operation to open up the back and replace pipes I ended up replacing the defective valve with a Price Pfister valve-set so in future repairs will be easy 2015-09-18 own Tomwsulcer other versions cc-zero Uploaded with UploadWizard Plumbing Handyman photos by tom sulcer | ||||
