It's hardly down on one knee, he's not exactly looking her in the eye, and I love the way that the enigmatic Mark has signed it, presumably so as to allow Candice to differentiate it from the hordes of other proposals she might receive that day. But what the hell, the guy seems to have found love and at least he's had a go at doing something special. So, however reluctantly, this man salutes you Mark.
