You could scrape the gunpower out of a thousand crackers and still not have enough to blow your bloody nose. The annoying thing is that I'm sure this won't be a health and safety legislation issue. The HSE get blamed for all kinds of stuff, but everything I've seen suggests that they actually flat out BAN you from doing hardly anything! They'll tell you what's dangerous, and they'll tell you to conduct risk assessments, but they usually seem to leave the decision to you. Incedentally, this was the Marks & Spencer outlet store in the Lowry Centre. We went to Salford to buy hot chocolate. Yes, really.
