This March it's unseasonably cold and school got closed because of snow! As always, the decision wasn't made until after I'd already got into work, and it would have been a lot more convenient if I'd been able to say there for the day and get on with some work. But I couldn't. So instead I cleaned the coffee machine really thoroughly. That sounds like a job that should take five minutes with a damp cloth, but it actually takes about two hours with a damp cloth, sponge, bottle brush, two sinks, screwdriver, pliers, vacuum cleaner and air compressor.
