It reminds me of the ongoing graffiti/street art debate. Here, somebody has broken the heads off a load of mini daffodils and laid them in a pond, pointing up, like some kind of random golden water lily. It's a destructive act, yet paradoxically also creative. I can't deny that what I saw has an aesthetic value. Tricky... I spotted this in work today, and it was mighty surreal.
