I am a fan of Singapore Kampong restaurant. I was having the Nasi Lemak + Chicken Drumsticks together with Egg Prata. I hope that you could train your staff to remove the excess oil from the curry by skimming the surface with a ladle. No one enjoys drinking oil and this is also extremely bad for health.
Additionally, I think you can fit at least one more table into your restaurant to allow more customers to be seated and thus bring in more business, sales, and profits.
