WHY YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT BUYING SASHIMI AT NIGHT
Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a Sashimi at night and I ate a piece which tasted off. I vomited later that night. I bought $60 worth of Sushi previously to obtain the VIP card reward system. After that bad experience, I tore off the reward card and swore off Sushi Hub.
I am writing not to seek compensation. Please help to ensure that food that had been prepared past the freshness period are disposed. The fridge or sales booth are working at optimal temperature to keep the Sashimi cold. Please ensure that your staff are trained and are logging the times of the sushi or sashimi that was prepared and shelved for each batch.
I do not want to escalate to the Department of Health and Human Services on this and I know it will make business hard to stick sticker with preparation times on the sashimi box. retail technology transportation signs foodanddrinks |
