Boston, Massachusetts, USA - February 20, 2024: An equestrian statue of Paul Revere by Cyrus Edwin Dallin is installed at Paul Revere Mall near the Old North Church in Boston, Massachusetts. The sculpture was modeled in 1885, cast in bronze in 1940, and dedicated on September 22 of that year. The Old North Church (1723), where the American Revolution started, can be seen in the background. Paul Revere is famous for his 1775 ride to warn the citizens west of Boston of a British invasion. These sites are located on the Freedom Trail in Boston National Historic Park.
