The new project has an area of 1,000 square metres, which will offer more than 60,000 new jobs and more than 8,000 new homes, most of them social. At the moment, in 22@ there are 115,000 people working in 11,500 companies, which represents 11% of the city's economic activities.\nApart from the creation of new quality jobs and affordable housing, the aim of the new economic hub is to strengthen the productive fabric of the city. An initiative that will expand the uses and activities related to sports, culture, education, artistic creation, the social and solidarity economy and the green economy. The new 22@ district continues to turn this area into an innovative and benchmark district for urban regeneration, more inclusive, productive and sustainable.
