Rome, Italy, February 20 -- The Cesaroni Bar, frequented by young people and tourists, is one of the most popular and famous places in the Garbatella Quarter, a sector in the Ostiense district of Rome. The Garbatella quarter was built starting from 1920 with a series of areas built for popular use and managed as small communities, with gardens, public areas for recreational use, squares and numerous green areas, with a particular architecture that often recalled the style of the ancients medieval Italian villages. According to the English newspaper The Guardian, the Ostiense district is one of the 10 coolest neighborhoods in Europe, with dozens of trendy restaurants, museums and industrial areas recovered.
