Plaque outside New Place, High Street, in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, England, UK. It is on the site of  Shakespeare's final home where he died in 1616, it has been rebuilt to be as close to the original as possible and was completed in 2016 with the original gardens behind it.  There are tourist walking past towards Guild Chapel.
