Jellyfish and sea jellies are the informal common names given to the medusa-phase of certain gelatinous members of the subphylum Medusozoa, a major part of the phylum Cnidaria. Jellyfish are mainly free-swimming marine animals with umbrella-shaped bells and trailing tentacles, although a few are anchored to the seabed by stalks rather than being mobile. $Gorgonian Wrapper Nemanthus annamensis, a species of Sea Anemones, is a common commensal on gorgonian sea fans and sea whips in Central Indo-Pacific water deeper than 10m. Sea anemones can contract and bend the column in various directions. The Gorgonian Wrapper's muscles can also be used to expand the column and tentacles by using hydrostatic pressure.
