The Conwy Suspension Bridge is a historic bridge located in the town of Conwy, North Wales. It was one of the first suspension bridges in the world and is a remarkable example of early 19th-century engineering.\n\nThe bridge was constructed between 1822 and 1826. It was designed by the famous civil engineer Thomas Telford, who was also responsible for several other pioneering engineering projects of the era, including the much larger Menai Straits Bridge.\n\nThe bridge is now open to pedestrians only, allowing visitors to walk across and appreciate its historical and architectural features. It offers stunning views of the River Conwy and the surrounding landscape as well as access to Conwy Castle.

Conwy previously known in English as Conway, is a walled market town, community and the administrative centre of Conwy County Borough in North Wales.
