Nicola Pisano (c1220-1284) in the open public spaces of the Niches of the Uffizi Colonnade in Florence, Italy. He was an Italian sculptor who specialised in the classical Roman style. He was the father of Giovanni Pisano. His sculpture was designed by Pio Fedi (1815-1892).
