A beautiful public park with trees in the historic heart of Gualdo Tadino, a medieval village between Spoleto and Gubbio, in the Italian region of Umbria. An important city since Roman times, Gualdo Tadino rises along the ancient consular Via Salaria, traced by the Romans. Its history runs throughout the Middle Ages and, despite having been partially destroyed and sacked numerous times and placed under the dominion of Perugia, this ancient Umbrian center still retains its medieval charm. The Umbria region, considered the green lung of Italy for its wooded mountains, is characterized by a perfect integration between nature and the presence of man, in a context of environmental sustainability and healthy life. In addition to its immense artistic and historical heritage, Umbria is famous for its food and wine production and for the quality of the olive oil produced in these lands.
