Phidiana hiltoni is a species of sea slug, an aeolid nudibranch, a shell-less marine gastropod mollusc in the family Facelinidae. Hilton's Aeoli or Hilton's Nudibranch. Duxbury Reef State Marine Conservation Area; Marin County; California.
A aeolid nudibranch called hermissenda crawls across a blue rock surface on a reef in California. Nudibranchs have stinging cells similar to a jellyfish so when other animals try to eat them they get zapped.
Lined Nembrotha Nembrotha lineolata occurs widespread in the tropical Indo-West Pacific, max. length 7cm. \nNembrotha lineolata has been observed feeding on tunicates. It can insert its extensible oral tube through the tunicate's siphon and suck out the soft interior.\nTriton Bay, Indonesia 3°54'15.606 S 134°6'47.136 E at 14m depth

Jorunna funebris or Ringed Dorid or Polka-dot Nudibranch Jorunna funebris occurs in the tropical and temperate Indo-Pacific. Jorunna funebris is a species of sea slug, a dorid nudibranch, a shell-less marine opisthobranch gastropod mollusk in the family Dorididae. \nAdult Jorunna funebris can vary from 15 mm to over 70 mm long, with an average length of 35 mm. The species feeds on the blue Haliclona Sponge, other observations about feeding preference identified other sponges like blue Euplacella cf. australis, blue Xestospongia sp. and Oceanapia sp., uses undigested food remains as a chemical defence. They are sequested into the jorumycin cyctotoxin, being found in the mucus of the Nudibranch. It follows this logic: I am very conspicuous and cannot escape. If you don't eat me, we'll BOTH live longer!\nTriton Bay, Kaimana Regency, Indonesia, \n3°51'48.03 S 133°55'48.96 E at 4m depth by night

The Nudibranch Phyllodesmium briareum, the bushy Phyllodesmium, is not always easy to find. The camouflage is often perfect as this species looks like the soft coral Briareum violaceum with which it is often found nestled between or crawling over the polyps of the soft coral it is feeding on.The cerata have conventional aeolid shape, but like other Phyllodesmium species they contain zooxanthellae (can be seen as lines of brown specks). The species occurs in tropical Indo-West Pacific in a depth range from 8-20m, max. size 25mm. North West of Sangeang Island, Indonesia, near Sumbawa, 8°8'11\
