Manitowoc, USA - Aug 13, 2017: USS Cobia moored along Manitowac River.  USS Cobia is a GATO Class World War II submarine. It entered the service in 1944 and was credited with having sunk 20000 tons of enemy ships. In 1970, Cobia was towed to Manitowoc to serve as an international memorial of submariners.
