The oracle predicts the death of Admetus.\nAlcestis, in Greek legend, the beautiful daughter of Pelias, king of Iolcos. She is the heroine of the eponymous play by the dramatist Euripides ( c. 484–406 bce ). According to legend, the god Apollo helped Admetus, son of the king of Pherae, to harness a lion and a boar to a chariot in order to win Alcestis's hand.
Paul was a missionary, theologian, and writer. He wrote 13 epistles that make up one fourth of the New Testament. Prior to his conversion to Christianity, he was known as Saul. He was a Roman citizen who persecuted and executed believers. While traveling on the road to Damascus, Jesus appeared to him and Saul was saved. He began to travel preaching the message of Jesus. His journeys took him places like Athens, Corinth, Ephesus, Cyprus, Macedonia, Galatia and many, many more.  He traveled with Barnabas, Silas, and Timothy. He was beaten and imprisoned along the way, but never lost faith in Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

Florence, Italy - September 04, 2022: The Monument to Giovanni delle Bande Nere is an Italian Renaissance sculpture in marble, by Baccio Bandinelli and his workshop, now in Piazza San Lorenzo in Florence, Tuscany, Italy. The work took from 1540 to after 1560 to carve, and the base and statue, though always meant to be together, were only so placed in 1850.
