Participants were the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The three nations were represented by Communist Party General Secretary Joseph Stalin, Prime Ministers Winston Churchill and later Clement Attlee, and President Harry S. Truman.

Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA - March 1, 2024: The Harvard Lampoon building (sometimes referred to as the Lampoon Castle) is a historic building in Cambridge, which is best known as the home of The Harvard Lampoon. The building was constructed at 44 Bow Street not far from Harvard Yard. Designed by Edmund M. Wheelwright, it was first opened in 1909. Wheelwright had attended Harvard University and was one of the founders of the Harvard Lampoon. The Harvard Lampoon publication was founded in 1876 by seven undergraduates at Harvard University who were inspired by popular magazines like Punch (1841) and Puck (1871).
