We visited lake Oeschinen, which is one of the most famous treasure box in Switzerland. The whole altitude is around 800 meter and we were going to take that by foot. Unfortunately, the trail was closed, so the first 300 meter was done by cable car, that I don't mind now. The rest of the hike was still really exhausting through cliffs, but the view was compensating all along. The lake was crystal clear, and the weather resembled the late summer.

The mountain pass' eastern ramp is quite sunny in the morning, while the valley on the left, Grialetsch valley, remains shady until noon. The two peaks on the left are almost 3,000 m high.
