It is located at the summit of the butte of Montmartre in Paris, France. It is the second most popular tourist destination in the capital after the Eiffel Tower.\nThe porch of the south façade is topped with a statue representing the Sacred Heart of Christ. The arches of the façade are decorated with two equestrian statues of French national saints Joan of Arc and King Saint Louis IX, both executed in bronze by Hippolyte Lefèbvre.
