Bryce Canyon National Park, a sprawling reserve in southern Utah, is know for crimson-colored hoodos, which are spire-shaped rock formations.  Despite the name, Bryce Canyon is not a canyon, but a collection of giant natural amphitheaters.
A young group of friends take a break from hiking to enjoy breakfast on a Utah outlook overlooking a canyon. They are sitting next to the edge and making peanut butter nad jelly sandwiches. They are surrounded by a magnificent vista of canyon and mountains as they eat breakfast at the edge. The shot is from slightly overhead.
