(Cyanea capillata)  This reddish-brown jelly with 560 to 1200 trailing tentacles lives in both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.  They float on the surface of the water.  This is the largest jelly in the world.  It can grow up to 8 feet in diameter with 120-foot-long tentacles.  Normally, in tidal pool areas the bell is about 20 inches in diameter with 10-foot tentacles.  Don't touch, this jelly is poisonous.  The tentacles can deliver a burning sensation and rash.
