Ketchikan, Alaska -- August 8, 2024: Creek Street is a historic area of Ketchikan, Alaska. The street is actually a boardwalk, mounted on stilts on the high slope on the east side of Ketchikan Creek. Creek Street was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. It was infamous for being Ketchikan’s red light district from 1903 to 1954.
The famous historic Creek Street, formerly brothels, home of the famous Dolly the madam, in Ketchikan Alaska. A popular tourist shopping destination, especially for cruise ships.
