This appears to be a decorative Christian cross whose design has no great heraldic history. The scallopped cut-outs give a similar shape to the Cerdaña (Cerdanya) cross, which itself seems to be a recent invention. This photo shows the cross with included IHS Christian monogram / Christogram.
