Lake Kaweah reservoir is in Tulare County in Central California. It is a lake that has been made from Kaweah River, which has it's beginning in the Sequoia National Park.

Diamond Valley Lake, located in Hemet, California is one of the largest water reservoirs in Southern California. After a wet winter the reservoirs levels have returned to a more normal level. Many travel to this area to see the super bloom of 2023 that surrounds the lake. The lake is a drinking water reservoir that is run by a metropolitan water company. It is a popular sight for tourists, especially during the springtime with all the varieties of wild flower on the surrounding hillsides.
