Favours swamps of Water-soldier (Stratiotes aloides) in most of its northern range.\nFlight Season: May to August in most of its range, most abundant in June; earlier than most Aeshnia.\nDistribution: Widespread but very local in much of its range, especially in south-west, often numerous where present. \n\nThis is not a very common Species in the described Habitats in the Netherlands, but the Species is the last Years quite common.$
